We deliver to all five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Delivery within Manhattan is free for orders over $300. For events in Westchester, Long Island, or Northern New Jersey, a small delivery surcharge applies. Contact us for exact pricing to your venue.
Yes. Our team will deliver, place, and do a basic setup of all equipment. We also provide a quick walkthrough and setup guide so you or your team can manage it during the event. For complex setups (like LED walls or concert systems), a technician is included at no extra charge.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and bank transfer. For large events over $2,000, we can work out a custom payment plan.
Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 to 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your rental to a future date at no extra cost.
Absolutely. You can add an experienced KLAV Group technician for $75/hr. They will handle all setup, sound checks, live mixing, and breakdown. For larger events, we offer full production crews through our parent company KLAV Group at klavgroup.com.
